publications│BORDERSENSES Literary&Arts Journal Fall 2016 Vol.22




I am pleased to announce that my series titled "Underneath The Dance Of The Golden Lamps" was accepted and published in the Fall 2016 Issue of "BORDERSENSES" Vol. 22 -literary and arts journal published annually by BorderSenses, a non-profit literary organization located in El Paso, Texas.

JOURNAL RELEASE&PARTY
The release party will take place on February 16, 2017 at the Glassbox, 210 Poplar St, 79901. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and there will be a magazine presentation at 7:00 p.m.

About BORDERSENSES
BorderSenses is a non-profit literary organization that was established in the Fall of 2000 and is dedicated to offering community-oriented projects as well as provide venues for artist and writers in the El Paso/ Juarez area. BordeSenses has collaborated with several organizations and worked on various projects to support the arts in our community. The organization provides free writing groups and open- mic readings for the community. In the past, BorderSenses has collaborated with Women Writers’ Collective, El Paso Against Domestic Violence, The University of Texas at El Paso, Community Empowerment Through Education, El Paso Community College (EPCC), Community Education Program, the YWCA, and other community based organizations and school districts.
VISION of BORDERSENSES
BorderSenses continues to work on literary events, outreach projects, and always seeks additional venues for artistic expression as well as working on projects that support new artists who already exist in our community to increase literary and artistic awareness.
MISSION OF BORDERSENSES
Our mission is to provide a voice to visual artists and writers of this region and beyond to promote cross-border exchange in the arts. We provide a venue of artistic growth that helps improve the quality of life for our communities.
